Days Inn By Wyndham Rock Falls

The breakfast spread was a good surprise with freshly prepared salads, and the pool area offered a fun splash zone for the kiddos. Plus, the location had some local gems like the Candlelight Inn Restaurant just a hop away!

Navigating the tricky hallways was a bit of an adventure, and the room's furniture setup felt cramped for our crew. Still, it wasn't such a disaster that we couldn't giggle about it later.

The room was good, the staff was friendly and the pool was nice.

Pet-friendly hotel in a fairly nice area adjacent to the river that recently opened, the attached restaurant, and Rock Falls. Upscale room and well priced, with central heating, TV and a fridge. Family ambiance, convenient location. Amazing and good meals.

Conveniently located with friendly staff, but the overall experience was average. The rooms felt dated, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Breakfast provided a nice assortment, though the area could use some improvement in cleanliness. Parking presented challenges due to the accumulation of dirt.

The room was newly remodeled and very spacious.

While the lobby seemed inviting, the overall condition of the hotel felt outdated and unkempt. The tub drain was rusty, which detracted from the otherwise nice bathroom. Despite the friendly staff and decent bartending service at the bar, I was disappointed that the hotel's overall ambience failed to meet my expectations.

We were greeted promptly at check-in and the room was clean and comfortable. We dined at the adjacent restaurant and the food and service were very good. We would stay there again if life takes us in that direction again.

The receptionist was wonderful, I would love her as an employee.We hung out in the lobby because it was more up to date and cozy.

No where to eat at restaurants around there. I was provided a charger for my phone. Didn't really work.

Staff at front desk was very polite and knowledgeable of the establishment. Was able to provide extra towels and etc.. if needed without any hesitation and with a smile. Coffee, juice, and fresh fruit available in lobby was available 24 hrs, it was fresh and good. Complimentary basic breakfast was okay.

Understand this establishment is under renovation, bed was lumpy as soon as you saw it. Couldn't get through for wake up call multiple times. Room phone and coffee machine didn't looked cleaned. Relied on personal cell phone for alarm.

Wi-Fi only worked in the hallway. 24-hour reception was really helpful.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location for dining out. The rooms are quite and beds were very comfortable. The management was great since the the breakfast area did not open as promised at 6am. They discounted our rooms and apologized for the problem of no breakfast.

The location was comfortable, staff was very attentive.

Wi-Fi was terrible.
